01 · Body
A multi-directional yoga practice with structured sequences. Balanced to approach your full body.
02 · Breath
Simple, structured breathing exercises that work with your nervous system, ones you can use in daily life. Kapalabhati to wake up, Ujjayi to settle the nervous system.
03 · Self-awareness
Offline is a new luxury. Allow yourself a few minutes of stillness, without needing to fix it. Simple, secular techniques you can practice anywhere. Attention. Presence.
04 · Self-awareness
Yoga as a lens, not a costume. We talk about how to bring the spirituality and practice into your real world: work, relationships, and the rest of your week. Plenty of other topics too, all building up your OPÓRA.
The foundation
01
It speaks to you.
The body is your most direct contact with reality. Learning to feel and understand its signals comes first. Yoga is the direct path back into the body.
02
Your natural system of self-regulation.
Breath is direct contact with the nervous system, the anchor that holds you steady. The same tool can calm you down or wake you up. You choose the direction, depending on what the moment needs.
03
Watching yourself, moving through the world.
Self-awareness comes through active meditation and honest reflection, not through withdrawing from life. You watch how you actually think, feel, and react, in real time, in real situations.
04
Do you know who you are?
Not your job title, not your role in other people's lives. Can you answer honestly who you are when all of that is stripped away? Authenticity starts with that question, and with staying close to the answer.
05
The relationship is the goal.
The practice is a tool, not the goal. Your relationship with the world and the people in it, that's what actually matters. OPÓRA works on that relationship through the practice, then moves you back into life.
